Mind Body Yoga

This class is suitable for all levels!  We will move through asanas (poses) while being mindful of the breath and gaining awareness of how the movement makes you feel.  The class incorporates stretching, strength, and balance, moving at a slower pace in a comfortable environment.

This class is a fusion of yoga and weight training.  Add resistance to your yoga practice by lifting hand weights while sustaining the pose, and continuing to breathe.  A great low impact, full-body workout!

Workshop

Are you a young - or young at heart - athlete who performs repetitive motion during your sport?  Chances are, you have muscular imbalances. This workshop is for all ages, whether you're in sports or coming back after an injury or dealing with chronic pain, this workshop will benefit you, adding agility and flexibility, working the muscles that don't normally get attention.

A little bit of Yin, a little bit of Yoga Nidra, some treats and goodies, and a lot of fun!  

Yin yoga is a series of long-held poses & transitions are slow. Yoga Nidra, sometimes called Yoga Sleep, promotes deep relaxation & meditation.
